To further professionalize our organization, we are looking for an Office Manager to support us on a part-time basis with a wide range of activities in the fields of administration, HR, and executive support.

What will you be doing?

As Office Manager, you are the linchpin of our office. You ensure that processes run smoothly, contribute ideas, organize, and provide support where needed. You will work closely with the board of directors, the management team, and external parties.

A selection of your tasks:

  • Processing and checking financial administration
  • Supporting HR matters such as contracts, personnel files, and communication
  • Taking minutes of meetings and following up on action points
  • Compiling agendas and monitoring progress
  • Preparing and sharing financial reports with the board of directors
  • General organizational and administrative support

Who are we looking for?

  • You are independent, meticulous, and enjoy structure
  • You are able to switch effectively between different subjects and maintain an overview
  • You have an affinity for both numbers and people
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You enjoy taking on a wide range of tasks
  • You are flexible and have no problem organizing your work independently

What do you bring?

  • Experience in a similar supporting role (for example, as an office manager, management assistant, or financial administrative assistant)
  • Experience with financial administration is a must
  • Affinity with HR or personnel matters is an advantage
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Availability for 2 to 3 days per week
