Our team

At Bosch Growers, we have an interesting mix of experienced employees, who’ve been with us for an impressive number of years, and ambitious young professionals, keen to learn the ropes. All of our colleagues are hugely enthusiastic about working with top-quality, fresh produce. Our permanent team is divided between two locations: the green bell pepper farm and the blackberry nursery.

The firm is headed by Jaco, Tijmen, and Wouter van den Bosch.

Jaco van den Bosch

Born with green fingers and became a grower because he loves working with plants. Passionate about growing even as a child, selling pot and bedding plants. Enthralled by the evolution from gardener to entrepreneur. Now responsible for energy and financial administration. Proud of the family business.

Tijmen van den Bosch

First studied Business & Management, followed by higher professional training in Agricultural Business Administration and a Master’s in Management & Entrepreneurship at the University of Bath. Worked as a management consultant with Florpartners and joined his father and brother’s company in 2021. Mainly deals with international operations.

Wouter van den Bosch

Studied Agricultural Business Administration in Delft and holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. Worked at Delphy (formerly GreenQ), where he advised entrepreneurs abroad, among other things. Switched to the family business in 2016, focusing on innovation, lean working, and blackberry cultivation. Works more on the business than at the business. Sees great opportunities for the sector. Food production really is his passion.
