Our team
At Bosch Growers, we employ an interesting mix of experienced staff with an impressive number of years of service and young professionals with fresh ambition who are still learning the trade.
Each and every one of our colleagues works with great enthusiasm on top-quality fresh produce. Our permanent team is divided across two locations: the green pepper facility and the blackberry nursery.
The executive team consists of Jaco, Tijmen, and Wouter van den Bosch.
Jaco van den Bosch
Born with a green thumb, he became a grower because he enjoyed working with plants. Even as a child, he was busy cultivating and selling pot and bedding plants. He is fascinated by the transformation from grower to entrepreneur. Currently, he is responsible for energy and financial administration. He is proud of the family business.
Tijmen van den Bosch
He first completed a degree in Business & Management, followed by a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Administration and a Master’s in Management & Entrepreneurship at the University of Bath. He worked as a management consultant at Florpartners and joined his father and brother’s company in 2021. He will primarily focus on international activities.
Wouter van den Bosch
He studied Agricultural Business Administration in Delft and completed a Master’s in Strategic Management at Erasmus University. He worked at Delphy (formerly GreenQ), where he advised entrepreneurs abroad, among other roles. He made the transition to the family business in 2016, focusing on innovations, lean working, and blackberry cultivation. He works more on the business than in the business and sees great opportunities for the sector. Food production is truly his passion.
