Help build the horticulture of tomorrow
Would you like to gain practical experience during your studies within a modern and internationally active greenhouse horticulture company? At Bosch Growers, we offer internships and graduation projects for MBO, HBO, and WO students interested in plants, greenhouse horticulture, technology, data, research, or business operations.
From our locations in Bleiswijk and Berkel en Rodenrijs, we grow bell peppers and blackberries and work on our own plant propagation. In Kentucky, we grow strawberries. You won’t just be shadowing us; you will be given the space to work on real issues and make a visible contribution to the company.
We are open to students with different levels of knowledge and fields of study. Experience in greenhouse horticulture is welcome but not required. Curiosity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
What will you be doing?
We tailor the content of your internship to your education, interests, learning goals, and current issues within our company.
You can, among other things, work on:
- Cultivation and crop development.
- Plant measurements and crop registrations.
- Climate control, irrigation, and fertilization.
- Biological crop protection and Integrated Pest Management.
- Practical trials with cultivation strategies.
- Analysis of crop, climate, irrigation, and production data.
- Sensors, automation, and cultivation technology.
- Plant propagation and storage.
- Labor registration and process improvement.
Depending on your internship, you will participate in daily practice, carry out your own research, or combine both.
Together, we determine a clear assignment in advance and the results you want to deliver at the end of your internship.
Do you already have a topic or research proposal? Then we would be happy to discuss whether we can carry this out within Bosch Growers.

You are curious and want to understand how plants, people, technology, and business processes come together within a professional greenhouse enterprise.
